Niagara Escarpment

The Niagara Escarpment extends through south western Ontario from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Tobermory for over 700 kilometres.  The Bruce Trail runs its entire length giving hikers a variety of terrain and spectacular vistas across the rolling hills of Ontario.  The Escarpment has been designated a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve as a unique environment and a major corridor for migrating birds and animals.
